Our values

We believe in supporting the care industry in as many ways as we can - that’s why we’ve kept our prices low, and carefully chosen the partners we work with.  


We don’t feel that it’s right to charge the earth for tools that care providers and their clients can benefit from. That’s why we don’t charge ‘set-up fees’, we don’t charge for being ‘in the cloud’ and we don’t charge families to receive valuable updates on the wellbeing of their loved ones. Instead we have one simple, low, per care workers per month charge making sure we’re affordable for small and large providers alike.


We also believe we should give back to the people using us, and support those on the frontline keeping us all going - the care workers. That’s why we’re working with Aviva to support their customers through the care delivery process, why we’ve become a paid member of the UKHCA, and why we donate 1% of our revenue to the Care Workers Charity to support those care workers struggling to make ends meet.


Finally, we believe that if we make OnCare a fun place to work, we can hire a great team and continue to support the care industry with better and better tools, and keep making care easier across the board.

Aviva offer a range of insurance options specifically designed for care providers. Aviva business insurance customers can access OnCare at a reduced rate to ensure robust record keeping, should the worst happen.

United Kingdom Homecare Association Ltd (UKHCA) is the professional association of home care providers from the independent, voluntary, not-for-profit and statutory sectors. OnCare is a paid commercial UKHCA member, helping them to support their members.

The Care Workers Charity

The Care Workers Charity is dedicated to helping current, former and retired care workers. Help is offered in the form of hardship grants, and online information and advice. OnCare's mission is to make care easier for everyone including care workers, which is why we donate 1% of all our revenues to the CWC.

The Care Coordinator is a platform that supports both Care Workers and Care Providers with a host of useful tools to expedite the process of placing the finest carers in the perfect jobs. We realise that recruitment can be hard into the care sector, which is why all TCC customers can access OnCare at a reduced rate.

GDPR Direct provide a suite of tools to help businesses meet their obligations under the GDPR, avoiding costly fines and ensuring they're giving their customers control over their data. GDPR Direct customers can also access OnCare for a reduced rate, in order to help maintain their compliance through our digital encrypted tools.
